Term and Conditions
1. If you use our sites and services, you will receive communication via electronic messages, including email, text message/SMS, or mobile push notifications, in accordance with the venue's privacy policy. If you no longer want to be part of the venue’s customer database or to be contacted in this manner, please contact the venue in which you made the reservation to be removed.
2. As a courtesy, you agree to contact the restaurant if you have any changes or updates or need to cancel your reservation.
3. Your reservation will be allocated to the best available table at the time of your reservation in the venue you have chosen.
4. Any special requests made will be catered for by the venue as best as possible please contact us during business hours 2 days prior to event day.
Please note that due to the nature of the menu and ingredients used, we do not offer vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free menus for High Tea.
Customers can order their special dish from our A la carte menu. Please notify us prior to your event.
5. All customers are required to cancel their appointments at least 48 hours ( High tea) and two weeks before the Private function advance to avoid a cancellation fee of the total amount of no-show service.
If a customer fails to cancel, amend, or reschedule their appointment within this time frame or does not show up for their appointment, they will be charged the cancellation fee of the full amount of no-show service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who has a history of no-shows or cancellations without proper notice.
6. To secure your booking, we ask for a $15/person holding deposit for normal sessions or a $250 Private function credit card surcharge applied.
All booking enquiries that have not paid a deposit are considered tentative and are subject to the “First come, first served” policy.
– If you have a tentative booking and another party interested in the same date pays their deposit first, you may lose the spot.
Note: Payment of the holding deposit is the only way to secure a booking.
– Once the holding deposit has been paid, your booking will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email from our booking system.
7. Please note that alcoholic beverages will be served only to guests who are aged 18+ years, and guests may be required to present a photo ID as per RSA requirements. We are not a BYO venue.
8. The High Tea menu and styling are subject to change without notice. No flowers, tableware or our decoration is to be taken after your experience has ended. Charges may apply for missing items.
9. Unlimited packages
- To ensure responsible service, we kindly ask that you finish your current cocktail or beverage before ordering another one.
- All drinks, including cocktails, are intended for personal consumption only and cannot be shared with others, If there are additional people not in the package, we have to charge extra based on the price items.
